New Airport Hotel - Noi Bai

Tommy's warm hospitality and the complimentary late-night soup made us feel welcomed after a long journey. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge plus, ensuring a hassle-free departure.

Was a fantastic base for trip. Everything at this great budget hotel was great as we expected. It had absolutely perfect and incredible location, close to airport, the terminal, and the restaurant. They offered us gorgeous meals, had lots of options to choose from.

Staying on the fifth floor meant that every time a heavy truck drove past, it reminded me of a small earthquake, disturbing any hopes of restful sleep. The convenience of nearby taxis took a hit since drivers often refuse fares for such a short trip. On top of that, there was confusion regarding my room type compared to what was listed online, which left me feeling misled.

Lovely welcoming and wonderful relaxing place, I loved hospitable personnel.

It was the best of Noi Bai hotels I visited before now.

No instructions in the room, i froze all night. And the breakfast? Eggs on bread, how original! After all this, i expected at least a courtesy upgrade, but i guess their service is only for select guests. I almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't deal with it.

We had such a great interaction with the staff, especially the owner who went out of his way to make sure our early flight was hassle-free! He arranged an early breakfast for us so the kids could eat before we left. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the rates were still pretty acceptable considering the services provided.

The late check-in process was seamless, and Tommy provided excellent service, even picking us up from the airport. The room was well-equipped with necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and basic toiletries. Everything was clean, and I appreciated having breakfast available. Finally, the communication via WhatsApp made coordination simple and effective.

The tour to Catba Island was not as promised.

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. Great amenities like air conditioning, a hairdryer, nice toiletries, and even a minibar. The shower was decent and everything was clean. Mr Tommy was super cute. I felt really comfortable. Definitely a solid option if you're just passing through.
